Loanly — Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Nothing. Loanly has no account system, no login, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. We do not operate any server that the App talks to, and we have no way to see, access, or receive any information you enter into the App.

2. Local Storage

Everything you enter — item names, who you lent something to or borrowed it from, due dates, and notes — is stored in a local database on your device only. It never leaves your device unless you choose to export a backup file (see Section 4).

3. Notifications

Loanly schedules local reminders on your device for items with a due date, using your device's own notification system. These reminders are generated and delivered entirely on-device — no push notification service or remote server is involved, and we never see when or whether a reminder fires.

4. Backup & Restore

Loanly lets you export your data to a JSON file and choose where to save it, using your device's native share sheet (for example, Files, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or email). This file is created locally; Loanly does not upload it anywhere on your behalf. Where that file ends up — and who can access it — is entirely up to you and the destination you choose.

Restoring works the same way in reverse: you pick a file from your device, and Loanly reads it locally to restore your data.

Loanly does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information from anyone at all.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version adds a feature that transmits data somewhere — we'll update this page and change the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
